Cancellation Policy

When booking appointments a non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold any appointment that is booked go 30+ minutes, this deposit will go towards the total of your service fee day of. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason we require you to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment. 

If appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hours, the 20% deposit will be saved to go towards your service fee on the new scheduled date. 

If appointment is rescheduled after the 24 hours, client will lose the 20% deposit. 

No call no shows will automatically lose the non-refundable 20% deposit + will be charged the FULL service amount. 

Late Policy

If clients arrive more then 20 minutes late to their appointment the service may have to be cancelled and the deposit will not be able to be used towards new scheduled appointment. 

We care about your treatments and want to make sure we have enough time to deliver you the best results. We set aside time just for you! Arriving on time or early to your appointment is crucial.
