Cancellation Policy
When booking appointments valid credit card is required to have one file to secure your treatment. No charge will be made to the card on file unless client no shows and appointment or cancels late.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason we require you to give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment.
If appointment is rescheduled after the 24 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No call no shows will be charged the 100% of the service fee.
Late Policy
If clients arrive more then 20 minutes late to their appointment the service may have to be cancelled and they will be charged a late fee.
We care about your treatments and want to make sure we have enough time to deliver you the best results. We set aside time just for you! Arriving on time to your appointment is crucial.
